Registration, coffee breaks, sessions, and lunch will be held on the 6th floor of the venue. The cocktail reception will be held in the Lantern Lounge and Rooftop Terrace, which are only accessible via the elevators on Floor RR.

Your group number for the Discovery Roundtables session can be found on your name badge. If you do not have a group number on your badge, please find an Aries staff member to assist you.

The Revere Hotel does have a public parking garage, but it fills up quickly! There are two additional public parking garages across the street from the venue. For those commuting through Boston’s subway, we recommend getting off at the Tufts Medical Center stop (Orange Line) or the Arlington stop (Green Line).

Stop by our User Experience (UX) and Feedback Station in the 6th floor lobby to connect with the Aries UI/UX Design and Product teams, preview prototype design concepts, provide feedback on our systems, and sign up for future user research sessions to help shape future design enhancements to EM/PM!

Two complimentary drink tickets for beer and wine, which can be found within attendees’ name badges, can be redeemed at the rooftop cocktail reception. Additional beverages will be served as a cash bar at the individual’s expense. The rooftop terrace becomes open to the public at 7pm.

The keynote address, Embracing Uncertainty: Navigating AI’s Risks and Rewards, will be presented by  Robert Harington, Chief Publishing Officer at the American Mathematical Society (AMS). For more information on this session and our guest speaker, please check out our recent blog.

If you would prefer to be excluded from photos/footage taken at EMUG, please notify the Aries team during registration and you will receive a sticker to be placed on your name badge indicating you have opted-out. We respect those who are camera shy!

At the conclusion of the meeting, all registrants will receive an email from Aries with a link to copies of the presentations covered during the event and a brief survey to solicit feedback on your experience at EMUG!
